Neuro research

Triodos Bank was one of the first customers for Forum Research, as far as our neuro research techniques are concerned. We measure how customers experience contact with the bank. Using artificial intelligence, we extract and interpret from the customer feedback the dominant emotions and the (un)fulfilled customer needs that determine the creation of those emotions. We do this on a continuous basis.
