Forum Research, know what moves people

At Forum, we have a passion for understanding human behavior and the factors that influence it. With this information, organizations can shape people's choices and behavior. In recent years, we have been working on neuroresearch methods that provide insight into our intuition, the emotional part of our brain, which determines the vast majority of the choices we make.

From questioning to listening!

A key element in our innovative approach is that we ask far fewer questions and focus more on listening. With open-ended associative questions, we tap directly from the intuitive brain. In this way, we help clients truly understand their customers' or employees' choices and offer steering information to influence this behavior. What are the insights you will get? We don't know! We do know that we gain insights in things clients did not already know about their clients. In fact, we find out things that these clients didn't even know about themselves.
